Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation of Promotions
Campaigns can be cancelled at any stage. To cancel:
- Pause your promotion in the dashboard.
- Notify our team via email or live chat.
- Before Campaign Starts: Full payment will be refunded.
- After Campaign Starts: Only the unused portion of funds will be returned.
Refund Calculation
- Dashboard data may update with a 4–6 hour delay, so the actual refund may differ slightly from the balance visible at the time of cancellation.
- Complimentary credits, bonuses, or promotional rewards are not refundable.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds of unspent balances may be provided if:
- None of your submitted videos are approved by Google.
- Your channel contains no videos to promote.
- All videos in the promotion are age-restricted and cannot be advertised.
- System or third-party technical issues (e.g., Google Ads) prevent campaign delivery.
- Your YT Promote account is closed while holding an unused balance.
3.Method of Refund
- Refunds are normally issued to the original payment source.
- Alternatively, you may request that the balance be credited to your YT Promote account for future use.
4.Policy Misuse
- Abuse of the refund process may result in account suspension and denial of further services after a refund has been issued.
5.Processing Time
- All approved refunds will be processed within 7–12 business days.
