These terms apply to services related to promoting YouTube videos through Google Ads campaigns to help generate legitimate views and audience reach.

1: Service Scope

• We provide YouTube video promotion through Google Ads campaigns.
• All views come from real users and follow YouTube and Google Ads advertising policies.
• We do not use bots, automated systems, or fake traffic.

2: Eligibility & Client Responsibility

• You must have the rights or permission to promote the YouTube video or channel.
• All content must follow YouTube and Google Ads policies and comply with applicable laws. Content that is restricted or prohibited (such as misleading, harmful, illegal, or inappropriate material) will not be accepted.
• You are responsible for providing accurate campaign details, including the video URL, target audience, and budget.

5:Response Time

Our support team usually replies within a few hours on working days. In some cases, it may take up to 24 hours. If you do not receive a response within that time, please follow up and we will prioritize your request.

6:Payments

• All payments must be made in advance through approved payment gateways. We support multiple payment options, including major credit cards like Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
• Pricing is based on CPV (Cost per View) or the agreed campaign budget. You may cancel your campaign at any time or remove your saved payment details to prevent future charges.

7:Refund and Cancellation

• You can stop your campaign at any time. If you request a cancellation, any unused funds may be refunded. If the campaign has not started yet, a full refund will be provided.
• Please note that dashboard reporting may have a 4–6 hour delay, so the refundable balance may differ slightly at the time of cancellation. Bonus credits or promotional credits are not refundable.

8:Privacy & Data Security

• We may collect basic client information such as name, email, location, and payment details for billing and campaign management.
• Your data is kept secure and will not be sold or misused.

9.Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for any suspension, demonetization, or penalties applied by YouTube or Google due to violations related to your content.
• Our liability is limited only to the amount paid for the service.

10. Account Termination

• If you decide to stop using our services, you can delete your account from the profile settings in your dashboard.
• Once the account is closed, your personal information will be securely removed or anonymized.

11. Data Handling and Security

• We respect your privacy and do not share your information with third parties without your consent. Details such as your video links, channel information, and targeting preferences are used only to run your promotion campaigns.
• Your data is stored securely using SSL encryption to prevent unauthorized access. Only authorized team members can access the information required to manage your campaigns.
• We retain your data only for service or legal purposes. If your account is deleted, your information will be removed or anonymized.

12. Our Services and Fees

We specialize in increasing the visibility of your YouTube content through campaigns run on Google Ads and selected partner platforms.

• Genuine Views: All video views come from real advertising placements. The total views you receive depend on your selected budget and campaign duration, with a guaranteed minimum based on these factors.
• Reach-Focused: While we aim to maximize your content’s reach, we do not guarantee additional outcomes such as subscriber growth, likes, or comments, as these depend on audience behavior.
• Official Ad Formats: Campaigns are executed using YouTube’s official ad formats, including In-feed Video Ads, TrueView In-Stream Ads, and relevant partner site placements.

13. Campaign Activation Timeline

Your campaign will start once Google approves at least one of your videos following their review process.

• Typical Review Time: The review usually takes up to 48 hours, but in some cases, it may take longer depending on the content of your video and the targeting options selected.
• Delayed Approval: If you notice a delay in approval, you can contact us for clarification at any time.

14. Promotion Duration

• Campaigns are typically delivered over 6–8 days on average. In some cases, the duration may extend depending on your targeting preferences and the nature of your content.
• Please note that we cannot guarantee an exact duration for every promotion.

15. Google Ads Review Process

The ad approval process is fully managed by Google, and we do not have control over their review decisions. Our role is to ensure that the content you submit complies with Google Ads policies.

• Video Approval: Some videos may not be approved. In such cases, promotions will continue only for the videos that pass Google’s review.

16. Closing Terms

• Limitation of Liability: YT Promote (operated by YTPromote) is not responsible for any loss or damage—direct, indirect, or related to missed earnings—resulting from the use of our platform or services.
• Severability: If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain legally binding and effective.
• Clarifications: If any part of this agreement is unclear, you may contact our team for clarification.
• Dispute Resolution: Both parties agree to first attempt resolution through discussion. If a settlement cannot be reached, the matter may be escalated to the appropriate legal authority.
• Account Termination: Users may end their relationship by permanently closing their account. We also reserve the right to deactivate or terminate accounts when necessary, without prior notice.
• Updates to Terms: These Terms are subject to change. By continuing to use YT Promote, you agree to any future updates or revisions.
